Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time (or if you do not show up) you will potentially be charged $35 for that consult. This policy applies to all appointments, whether paid out‑of‑pocket or covered by insurance.
